Visit Customer Who Bought Aimix 60m3/h Belt Conveyor Concrete Batching Plant

Recently, Aimix after-sale service team has arranged a visit for our customer who bought one set of 60m3 belt conveyor-type concrete batching plant in the Philippines. This batching plant has been running for about 6 months. Our 4-people after-sale service team went to our customer’s site and took a lot of videos and pictures. What Aimix After-sale Service Team Do During the Visit?

The mission of our after-sale service team is to help our customer solve some problems during the using process of our concrete batch mix plant. Thence, our team has prepared a lot of work before departure. What is more, we dispatch a postsale engineer to attend this visit. Now, let’s see what they have done during this visit time.

1. Support Maintenance Service. Aimix provided maintenance services for the aggregate feeding system, weighing system, mixing system, and control system of this set of 60m3 concrete batching and mixing plant. Especially for the weighing system, our team helps to remove dust on the discharging ports of the aggregate batching machine, and adjust the precision of the weighing system. As a result, our customer can acquire more precise aggregates.
2. Calculate the Ratio of Water Reducer. Our customer said that he has the cement consume issue. So, the second thing to do is to help our customer make up a prescription for the ratio of water reducer for the sake of saving cement. Our postsale engineer provides a new ratio, then our customer saves about 1/3 cement by means of using our newest ratio.
